Leaders at all levels within an organization from the front line to the boardroom are facing an unprecedented challenge to lead through very complex and uncertain times. Our old leadership models will no longer work in these new times. A better understanding of what drives our behaviors is needed. Brain-based leadership is based on the science of how our brains process our environment and drive our behavior. A leader who understands these brained based principles will be highly effective in today’s “new normal”
