Membership Development Committee

The main function of the Membership Development committee is to seek and encourage individuals and business leaders from the Gates Chili community to become members of the Chamber.

The Membership Development committee is responsible for:

• Seeking prospective members
• Responding to prospective member inquiries
• Inviting prospective members to attend a Chamber event 

• Processing renewals upon the anniversary date of the membership
• Mailing thank you letters to members who are new or who have renewed their membership
• Maintaining a current membership roster
• Submitting a monthly membership report to the Board of Directors
• Submitting membership changes to the Website Development
• Committee and the Program Committee
• Maintaining a member interest report for other chamber committees
