About Us

The Gates-Chili Chamber of Commerce acts as a catalyst in bringing the Community, Government and Business together.

We are a membership driven organization providing networking support and education to its members.  It is dedicated to fostering collaboration and promoting economic vitality to the Gates and Chili communities.

Our MISSION is to INFORM, ASSIST & SUPPORT our members to sustain, develop and grow their business.

Our VISION is to be the pre-eminent organization in Gates and Chili by encouraging economic growth in our community and creating development opportunities for our members.

As Gates and Chili continue to grow and prosper, you can be a part of a group involved in economic development, civic-oriented projects, special area events, promotion of area business, scholarships, beautification of the Gates and Chili areas, and awards and incentive programs.

Why Join?

Programs:  Members have the opportunity to attend a variety  of breakfast, lunch and dinner events with speakers, addressing topics of interest to member businesses.  Multi-Chamber and Business group events area a new addition to our schedule.  Ribbon Cuttings, Groundbreakings and Open Houses celebrate our business partners in the Gates and Chili Communities.

Networking:  Our events provide excellent opportunities for members to network, exchange business ideas, and make valuable business contacts.

Health, Dental and Vision Insurance:  We have teamed up with the Greece Chamber Benefits Partners, a fully licensed health insurance broker to offer full variety of community-rated health plans for local sole proprietors and small businesses.  Products from Excellus Blue-Cross Shield, MVP Health Care and Guardian will now be available to chamber members.

Recognition:  The Annual Community Awards Gala Dinner Celebration recognizes worthy individuals, community groups, and businesses for their commitment to improving the Gates and Chili communities for the following: Beatification, Outstanding Citizen, Culture & Arts, Economic Development and Innovative Business.  We award a “Business in the Spotlight” quarterly.  Nominations are accepted from the entire community.

Promotion:  The Chamber provides another way for you to advertise your business and its services.  Business members are listed on our web site with links to their web sites.  Promotional opportunities are also available.

Knowledge:  Learn about what’s happening within the State, Towns of Gates and Chili, across the County, the school districts and colleges within the area.  Significant issues are discussed by the Chamber allowing you to keep current on events and issue that may affect our business success.
